Troubleshooting & FAQ

Connection Error

If your Trezor device isn't recognized by the bridge, ensure the USB-C cable is properly connected and the Trezor is powered on. Try restarting the bridge software and check that the Trezor firmware is up to date.

Browser Compatibility

Trezor Bridge is designed for modern browsers. We recommend using Chrome or Firefox for the best experience. Avoid using incognito or private browsing modes as they may interfere with the secure session handshake.

Security Status Check

Always verify the bridge's status by checking the green status indicator on your Trezor device. If the light is solid green, the bridge is secure. If it flickers or turns red, disconnect and restart the bridge.

Syncing Issues

Ensure your Trezor device is within 1 meter of the bridge. If syncing fails, try a hard reset of the Trezor by holding the button for 10 seconds until the light turns red, then release and wait for it to turn green.

Hardware Limitations

Currently, Trezor Bridge supports Trezor One, Trezor Two, and Trezor One (S). For Trezor Three and Trezor One (S) users, please refer to our dedicated hardware support page for specific compatibility details.

Stay Secure. Stay Updated.

Keeping your Trezor Bridge firmware current is essential for protecting your digital assets. Always verify updates from official sources to ensure your hardware remains the most secure in the crypto ecosystem.
